外国人技術者意見交換会
Foreign Technical Exparts Meeting
グループ会社の外国人社員が一堂に会し、「外国人社員の外国人社員による外国人社員のための意見交換会」をモットーに四半期に一回開催される意見交換会です。
この意見交換会では外国人社員によるプレゼンや、会社に対して望む制度の発案・企画などをグループワークで行っています。This is an meeting held once a quarter under the motto of “For foreign employees by foreign employees of foreign employees”.
In this meeting, there are presentations by foreign employees and also group works for proposals and plans of systems that they need as foreigners. -
新入社員研修
New employee training
当社では新入社員の研修を行っています。日本のビジネスマナーやビジネススキル、会社の組織や規定についてなど、新入社員として知りえるべき事柄についての研修を行います。これらの研修を通して、同期とのチームワークや当社で仕事をしていくための様々なHow toを学んでからスタートを切ることができます。
We train new employees. We provide training on Japan business manners and skills, the organization and regulations of the company, and other things that you should know as a new employee. Through these trainings, you can start by learning teamwork with your peers and various how-tos for working at our company.

測量・CAD他技術研修
Surveying, CAD and other technical training
当社では技術者として入社した新入社員に向けて測量・CADの研修も行っています。また施工現場での安全に関する研修なども行い、当社に入社した後に高い技術と知識を習得してもらえるような研修制度を用意しています。
We also provide surveying and CAD training for new employees who join the company as engineers. We also provide training on safety at construction sites, and have prepared a training system that allows employees to acquire advanced skills and knowledge after joining our company.

Q どれくらいの日本語の能力が求められますか？
How much Japanese-language skill do I need to work in your company?当社で働く際は日本語でお仕事をしてもらいます。よって最低でもJLPT２級を必須条件としています。ただし、専門用語や仕事を進めるためのスキルなどは入社してから研修などによって身に着けてもらいます。研修制度が充実していますので、あまり心配をしないでください。
When you work at our company, you will work in Japanese. Therefore, at least JLPT Level 2 is a mandatory condition. However, technical terms and skills to proceed with work will be acquired through training after joining the company. The training system is substantial, so don’t worry too much.

We have a special team to support our foreign employees. We provide detailed support such as visa procedures, improvement of Japanese skills, and problems with living in an unfamiliar Japan and problems at work.
